The Research which is conducted in Elementary School Of Muhammadiyah 4 Pucang Surabaya intends to desribe the relationship of school and society at school program, to describe the role of society in school program, and to identify the effort that is done by imporving the role of society in school program at Elementary School Of Muhammadiyah 4 Pucang Surabaya. The Research is conducted by qualitative approach and data collective which is using methode of observation, intensivve interview and documentation. Data analysis by reduction data, data display and data verification. The Result of research shows that relationship between school and society in school program at Elementary School Of Muhammadiyah 4 Pucang Surabaya, is a communication or formation of school positive image to society as well as a cooperation between school and society to make good relationship between them. The role form of society in improving school program at Elementary School Of Muhammadiyah 4 Pucang Surabaya, is spelled out in work program of school committee that is adopting from school program. Such role form of society through the committee work program is by improving the school facilitles, academic, medium and management; improving teachers skill,
students and parent; improving the relations of society and communication. The conducted effort by Elementary School Of Muhammadiyah 4 Pucang Surabaya in improving the role of society for school program is to implant the openness to
manage school management, coordinate with society, give appreciation from school, conduct the communication with society, and try to reach hopes of society toward school.
