Abstract
The low grade of Grade II students of SDN LinkedInejo on the division material is due
to the lecture method so that students have difficulty understanding the arithmetic operations.
Therefore we need interesting media and facilitate students' understanding of the material. The
purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in the division of material through
the rainbow egg rack media.
The subjects of this research were Grade II students of SDN Connectrejo consisting of
10 students. This research is a CAR consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning,
implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection methods include tests and
observations. The data of this study were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques.
The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2
from a class average of 76.5 to 85.2. In cycle 1 classical completeness also increased from 70%
to 90% in cycle 2. This is as expected, so this research has been said to be successful. This
shows that the division learning using rainbow egg rack media can improve the learning
outcomes of mathematics in grade II students of SDN Sponsorrejo in the 2018/2019 school
year.
